In 2005, a group of college students suffering from intense dorkiness founded Pretty Much the Most Useless Group Ever - a group dedicated soley to their interest in musical theatre and stage. Flying under the pre-established Sullivan Street Entertainment, the Group went on to create numerous fake productions relating to ALW's The Phantom of the Opera, but on a college student budget. Thus, the Phantom on a Budget company was born.
